Must Watch : Love, Rosie

UHMMM. I've watch this miraculously beautiful movie three times anyway. Love it. Starring my fav actress si Lily Collins which is anaknya Phil Collins (my fav too). The movie is about fighting for true love. 

Seorang cewek (Rosie) dan cowok (Alex) udah temenan dari kecil, and one day pas prom night mereka punya pasangan masing-masing. Dari kecil udah janjian buat ngelanjutin kuliah far far away from home which is UK to Boston. Sama-sama keterima, yang satu medical yang satu hotel management. Tapi jadinya yang melanjutkan mimpinya cuma si Alex, gara-gara Rosie accidentally get prego. So without Alex knowing, dia punya baby namanya Katie, and one day he knows.

Rosie kerja di hotel sebagai maid while Alex still pursuing his dreams in Boston. Dan yah Alex deket dengan seorang cewek, hamil juga, eh tapi gak jadi nikah. Then Rosie nikah sama Greg, which is Katie's dad. Five years later, her dad passed away pas lagi liburan. Alex dateng, dan pas mau pulang ngirim surat buat Rosie. Tapi suratnya malah disembunyiin Greg. One day, Greg ketauan selingkuh dan cerailah mereka. Pas bongkarin barangnya Greg, Rosie nemuin surat itu. Tapi pas ngehubungin Alex, semua sudah terlambat. Alex mau menikah sama Bethany, cinta monyetnya jaman SMA.

Rosie dapet undangan special buat dateng, and she accept it. Udah siap-siap mau dateng eh pesawatnya delay. So pas sampai di gereja, udah terlambat. Padahal ada hal penting yang mau dia sampaikan. That time, Alex knew that they were made for each other. Sekembalinya ke UK, Rosie made her dream come true. Dia akhirnya punya hotel sendiri dengan duit warisan ayahnya. Pas opening, ternyata Alex dateng dan dia cerita bahwa dia udah gak sama Bethany lagi. And they both live along together :")

The moral of this movie is, sometimes what you're looking for is in the first page, but you need a few pages forward to know that what's in the first page is something that you're looking for. Sometimes they wanna see you struggling over them, they wanna see your effort. Some path just not leads you to where you want to be. That what's meant to be will always find it's way, no matter how life try to pushed you away. Never settle for less than you deserve.

Life is funny isn’t it? Just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, just when you finally begin to plan something, get excited about something, and feel like you know what direction you’re heading in, the paths change, the signs change, the wind blows the other way, north is suddenly south, and east is west, and you’re lost. It is so easy to lose your way, to lose direction. And that’s with following all the signposts.
