You need :
- ice cream sticks.
- Glue / hot glue.
- ribbon.
- cardboard.
- sequins, glitter, dolls, etc.
1. Add glue to your sticks so they look like picture above.
2. Glue the ribbon behind.
3. Glue little piece of cardboard to hide the ribbon.
4. Attach something to beautify.
